I can't believe that I have not mentioned the National-papercrafting special here on my blog!! I have talked about it on my business Facebook page, which you can find (HERE) but have not shown this beauty here. So now we are going to chance that!! Every year in January Close to My Heart create a wonderful and unique special for National Paper-crafting month. This year it is a home decor piece called Frame it Up. It is a frame that features paper Magnolia flowers.
Each kit comes with a chipboard frame and
backing, two frame overlays and decorative words, die-cut flowers, leaves, and rose gold foil accents. The
kit also includes step-by-step instructions that show how to put the frame together and ways that this
project can be personalized with additional products. The special gets even better there is a saving if you purchase multiple frames.
Here is a look at some of the details of my first project with the kit. I put it together as a Christmas gift for my Mother In Law, and she loved it. It will feature a family photo. The only extra note about this one is in the end I put it in a shadow box frame from IKEA because the was worried about the dust.
The Magnolia Frame kit comes with all of the pieces needed to make a 16" square
chipboard frame that can be assembled and embellished as a papercrafting project. The inside of the
frame is a square that measures 11½" x 11½". Each kit includes a frame overlay with two wood grain
pattern choices, brown or grey, and two choices for the decorative word, “love” or “home”. You will need only two additional items to complete the Magnolia Frame kit, liquid glass (Z679)
and adhesive.
