12 Days of Inspiration- Day 6

Welcome to day 6 of my 12 Days of Inspiration- 

Today I am sharing two pretty cards that are not the tradition Christmas colours and love the way they turned out! I used some simple stamping with the Snowflake Stamp, and added a fun snowflake that I cut from the White Glitter paper and the You Are Here Cricut cartridge. 

The stamped sentiment is from the Silver & Gold Cardmaking Stamp Set & Thin Cuts. There are so many great sentiments and images on the stamp set.

12 Days of Inspiration- Day 5

Welcome to day 5 of the 12 Days of Inspiration- 

Who doesn't love a little gingerbread during the festive season? I couldn't wait to create something with the Gingerbread Friends Stamp Set & Thin Cuts. 

 I had fun doing some random stamping the Cranberry cardstock to create a fun background paper, on both the base of the card as well as behind the sentiment. I though the Black&White Dots made such cute buttons. The Gold Foil Paper behind the gingerbread boy makes it look even more holiday-like!!

12 Days of Inspiration- Day 4

Welcome to the 12 Days of Inspiration Day 4-

This is a quick and easy card that look like a present!! The sentiment is one of the super cute small sentiment stamps from the Holiday Expressions Idea Book called Merry Everything. I love that those like M sized stamped can be switched out for a different look or message. 

 The sentiment is heat embossed with Princess Gold Embossing Powder and matted with Gold Glitter paper, the White & Gold Ribbon is added to make the sentiment look like a present. The plaid paper is from the Beary Christmas paper pack. 

And as always a little Foam Tape to add some dimension.

12 Days of Inspiration- Day 3

Welcome to day 3 of the 12 Days of Inspiration-

This is a project that I create every year, but it is because I love it and it makes a great gift. I always have a few on hand at the holiday time just in case we need a last minute gift. It is a shadow box that I purchased at a local craft story. Then you can search for a cute holiday saying and cut it out of vinyl, and apply it to the front glass surface. I added a piece of the Gold & Silver paper from this years Holiday Expressions Idea Book and filled it will bells. 

I have seen them filled with other holiday themed embellishments like Christmas ornaments etc. I love the fact that you can switch out a few supplies and have a completely different look!!

12 Days of Inspiration- Day 2

Welcome to day 2 of the 12 Days of Inspiration-

This is a super sweet card that is for Christmas with a bit of whimsy. Who wouldn't love to get a card with a Flamingo on the front? 

I stamped the Shells & Stars stamp to create the fun background and then colored it in with the Watercolor Pencils to add just a hint of color to the card.
The sentiment is heat embossed with Silver Embossing Powder to play up the Silver Foil paper. The Flamingo scene is stamped with first and second generation stamping. I love the fact that the snow globe has a thin cut and stamp set bundle. There are so many great images you could create inside the globe, don't you think?

Welcome to my 12 Days of Inspiration series! I thought I might try something a little bit different this year, so here we go. Festive File Sale
